•Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Pool heat is only available from October through April. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa equipment. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we'll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!
•Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry, EV charger, and pool equipment.
•Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier.
