•This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
•Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•Animals cannot roam or be left outside.
•Please note that the Cowboy pool/tub is winterized and unavailable for use from November to April.
•2 trifold mattresses with bedding are provided.
•This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located off the front driveway and both sides of the house.
•There is a mini split w/AC in the Living Room & each bedroom. There's a central evaporative cooler available for cooler days.
•Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
