Los Angeles's reputation as a group destination comes from its dining scene, nightlife, and cultural attractions. Large groups come for the urban energy and Hollywood and the coastline, all within reach of a single home base. Rather than hotel rooms scattered across different blocks, one large home keeps everyone together and connected. Groups prefer staying in one home in Los Angeles over booking multiple hotel rooms because they stay connected, cook together, share common spaces, and often cut nightly costs in half. That single home becomes the heart of the trip rather than just a place to sleep.
We cannot say enough about this great find! There is a tall steel gate to get to the property, which made it mysterious for us. Once the gate is open and you make your way into the home, you realize why this treasure is hidden away - it's absolutely gorgeous and if you are a techie, you will LOVE THIS HOME! It has all of the updated Ipads throughout the home for music, lights, etc., electronic blinds, a smart toilet in the master and to top it off, a wonderful rooftop with great seating, a sauna and cold/hot plunge. This baby is literally right across the street from Venice Beach and 1 block from a great Italian restaurant and many other eateries. If you have friends in the area, perfect for a meeting space or gathering. It was 6 of us and this home offers something for everyone to feel comfy. We also had movie night and gathered on the large plush sofa's to watch our flick. A job well done on this home and we hope to go back upon our return to L.A.
We enjoyed our stay at Rock-n-Roll. The property was as described in photos and provided just the amount of space needed for our group (2 couples). Location was close to eating, shopping, sight seeing and quick access to interstate. Bedrooms & bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfy too. We liked the overall home decor. We were here for New Years, so the guys were able to sprawl out and watch their football games.
There’s a Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles next door (delicious), a Denny’s one block away, & quaint bakery for breakfast.
We had a minor issue with a clogged bathroom sink. We contacted host, they were very responsive and dispatched maintenance ASAP!
If you want to get out and sight see, you’re very close to both Sunset Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd. You can see all the Hollywood Walk of Fame Stars and have one done in your name. Paramount offices are also located right across the street!
We’ll definitely consider rebooking this property next time we’re on the west coast.
We had a fantastic stay at this house! The home is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The beds were super comfortable. The towels were soft. There are so many great spaces throughout the house to relax and enjoy. We loved the cozy seating areas: by the fireplace, near the TV, and around the jacuzzi. The backyard was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. One of the biggest highlights for our kids was the fire pits on the deck. They also loved the swing on the deck, which added a fun and relaxing touch. The rooms on the lower level were just as spacious and comfortable as the main ones, which worked perfectly for our whole family. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances, which made our stay even more convenient. And the host was amazing—very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, this was a wonderful place for our family vacation. We truly enjoyed every moment and high recommend it!
