Explore Group Homes in NashvilleNo splitting across hotel rooms. No coordinating check-ins at separate properties. One home, one experience, your whole group together from arrival to check-out.
Square footage is the starting point, not the finish line. Our large group homes are selected for open-plan living areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities — private pools, game rooms, wraparound decks — that make a group trip actually work.
Every AvantStay property is professionally inspected and hotel-clean before you arrive. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, backed by 24/7 support throughout your stay.
Nashville has earned its reputation as a party destination for groups. Broadway's live music every night, restaurants with chef-driven cuisine, rooftop bars with city views, and a hospitality culture that's built for celebration make it a natural choice for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and group weekends. The city's energy keeps a group moving. Groups stay in one large Nashville home close to Broadway rather than spreading across hotels because it keeps the whole crew together, provides a private gathering space before going out, and makes mornings manageable (everyone's in one place, with a shared kitchen and space to recover together).
We had 2 adjacent 10-person properties in a Multiplex, and were pleased with the accommodations. Check-in was simple. Photos accurately represented the property. I had a little trouble signing onto the Internet; the customer service agent I spoke with helped with that. In retrospect, if I had looked for the property handbook I would've had no problems. The kitchen was well appointed. The open concept great room type living space easily accommodated our entire group of 20 so though half of us stayed next-door, we could all get together for food, fellowship and fun. We had several musicians in our group, and had an end unit and an adjacent unit. None of us are wild crazy partiers but we were able to stay up until the wee hours hanging out and playing music in the end unit. My thinking was that that way we would have no noise complaints. Several of us went to bed early and slept in the adjacent unit and we did not hear any of the acoustic music we playing in the other living room. The bathrooms were nice and there was no shortage of towels. The beds (including the hide-a-beds in the living rooms) were comfortable and had hotel quality linens. The HVAC handled the hot humid weather without a problem. None of us drove, but there was more than enough parking including 2-car garages for each unit. Ride share typically 15-30 depending on demand pricing. Neither the drivers nor grocery/food delivery services had trouble finding the address. Marked as a faveorite. Will stay again!
A month before our week-long reunion, I received a call notifying me that one of our reserved condos had been sold, and that we would have to move half of our family to another available unit. I nearly had a heart attack. I shouted out "NO! This is a family reunion. We must have adjacent condos." I remained adamantly opposed, even though I was told "the available one is in the same complex. It's just a few steps across the parking lot." My voice and BP went up another notch. That was when I was saved by Angie, who calmly said, "give me an hour and I can find you adjacent condos in our other complex that is close by." And she did it! The transfer was smoothly completed. Angie took care of all details such as sending a revised contract to sign and pictures of the new units. No worries! The rest of the week was good. There were many steps to climb in each unit as we visited back and forth or enjoyed the rooftop patios. Good exercise. The condos were new. Furnishings were comfortable. Our group of 19 could meet for meals and games in one unit. Kitchen was well set up. When one bathroom sink had an issue of not draining, the maintenance crew was right on it.
These are great townhouses on the edge of the Germantown / Buena Vista neighborhood.
The location is very accessible to most things downtown. We walked to Broadway some times, took ride shares other times. It's about a 30 minute walk. It's close to the Germantown, the minor league ballpark, and the Nashville Farmers market.
The townhouses were in good condition. Everything was in good working condition, and we had no issues during our stay. I had to reach out to the host when I arrived as there was tape on the walls and ceiling that was likely from the last guests hanging balloons or banners. I didn't so much mind, but didn't want to be billed for it if the crew had missed it.
The floor plans are good for a group. The primary bedroom upstairs bedrooms can sleep a ton of people if needed. The two upstairs bedroom have a Jack and Jill style bathroom, which is a bit unique for a primary bedroom, but keeps the other bedroom from having to go downstairs.
Our group had a great time in Nashville and would come back to these townhouses again. Great townhouses near Germantown
We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in the 12 South area of Nashville! The home was perfect for our group—spacious, beautifully set up, and ideal for a family getaway. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone had their own comfortable space while still being able to spend quality time together.
What really stood out was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made the experience even more special.
The location couldn’t have been better. Right in the heart of everything, we were just minutes from shops, restaurants, and all the fun Nashville has to offer. Yet, once inside the home, it felt so relaxing, and peaceful—like a private retreat.
We traveled with our three adult children and their partners, and it worked out perfectly. Everyone had their own room, but the layout still allowed us to gather and enjoy the weekend together.
We would highly recommend!
This is a special hotel in the lovely neighborhood of 12 South in Nashville! - I liked: Location was great! 12 South is a wonderful little neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops and pop-up vendors. Only a 10 minute uber to downtown and 15/20 minutes to the airport. Love that they offer suites as well! Perfect for our group trip. Staff was super helpful and friendly! The front desk all had great recommendations and maintenance was able to get a necklace out of our sink. - I did not like: Kitchen could’ve been cleaner (dust on stovetop, cobwebs on light fixtures) but we didn’t cook so didn’t bother us at all
We had THE best time staying here. We had went for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Settled between restaurants, coffee, shopping it was incredible. The courtyard was also so nice and they arranged local live music to play at night which was one of our favorite parts. The place itself was so clean, the bathroom was perfect for all of us getting ready, the hotel staff was so lovely. Overall, it was the perfect addition to our weekend and contributed greatly to us having a great time! Will definitely be staying here again.
