This home can accommodate 10 people but a maximum of 8 adults. Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. This home does not have AC. No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. Outdoor activities are prohibited from 10pm - 7am No cats are allowed at this home, the owner is highly allergic. Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property. Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.
