•This home does not provide lake access or lake rights. Guests may visit Lake Gregory, located about 20 minutes away, which is open to the public.
•Bedroom two only contains a day bed, so it may be best suited for a child.
•Please note that the bottom two floors do not have AC, but they do have heating.
•Please note cars are required to carry chains in winter months. Weather conditions can change rapidly. Check Caltrans for updated weather conditions and road closures.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Please note that all persons, including infants, children, and visitors, count toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
•Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
•No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
•Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
•4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter months. Chains may be required to access the home.
•AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.
