•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•There are horses on the property and their caretaker comes to the property twice per day. The horse pasture is off limits to guests.
•There is a pond on the property that may not be visible after snowfall. Please proceed with caution.
•The gas fireplace's pilot light should remain on at all times. To operate the fireplace, simply flip the switch to turn it on or off. If the pilot light is turned off, the glass may eventually become blackened.

•Parking is available for 6 vehicles.
•The driveway to the home is separate from the driveway to the horse barn.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
