The property is absolutely amazing - great space inside and out (but why are you spending any time inside??). Pool is the perfect size and the outside space seemingly goes on forever. Your group can all be together or separate into their own sections and you'll still have fun.Having a view of the water was incredible and we were fortunate to see some manatees and dolphins swim by during the trip. The property provided 7 bikes but a few of them needed some TLC (flat tire, loose handlebars and no bike pump). We got a bike pump and patched up the ones we needed to use but the team was also responsive when we let them know. Host provided more than enough supplies to get us through the week including higher-end bath amenities that we rarely see during VRBO stays. This place is definitely as advertised and I would absolutely stay here again.
Stayed here for a bachelorette party. Was truly a fabulous stay. The house was spectacular, very well cleaned, great amenities and well worth the value. Location was also excellent and easy to get to our favorite Marco Island spots. The staff from Avant Stay and Marco Polo were quick to help with the few questions we had about the property. Would love to come back again with my family for a stay.
We stayed at Marco Polo with a group of long time friends. We all agreed that the house was gorgeous, very comfortable, and accommodating. The patio, with pool and hot tub, was perfect. The sunsets over the canal were lovely. We will all be recommending Marco Polo to anyone looking for a place to stay for a Marco Island getaway!
