•Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
•Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9 pm - 8 am (Sun - Thurs) or 10 pm to 8 am (Fri - Sat)
•The tennis court has AC.
•This home has a max occupancy of 20 people.
•All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
•Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
Parking Details:
A maximum of 30 plus cars can park onsite.
