The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Guests can gather at the island with seating for eight or at the nearby dining table for twelve. Head to the fourth floor where an entertainment haven awaits. This second spacious living area features a pool table, kitchen, dining area, and an incredible bar. Grab a seat on the covered balcony to relax and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
