Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. •Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
•The rec room and third bathroom are located in the garage area, each with separate entrances on the exterior of the house.
•Guests must supply their own beach towels.
•Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property.
•This property does not have access to a pool.
•Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Fireplaces are not for guest use.
•Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
•Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
•Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

•To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
