Everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation is found in this recently updated classic beach cottage. This property sleeps 16 guests and is just a few steps from beach access. Located in a private neighborhood, this two story home has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, fire pit, and outdoor BBQ area. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a bathroom and laundry. There are two queen beds in each of the bedrooms. There isn't direct access internally to the second floor from the ground level. Guests will use external stairs to gain access to the second floor. The other two bedrooms along with the kitchen, living area and two other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has one queen bed, and the living area is equipped with two sleeper sofas. All bedrooms have televisions available for guest use. Parking is onsite. There is a private driveway that can fit up to 5 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the street.

Guest will get access to the entire home. Please note that there is no internal direct access from downstairs to the upstairs space where the kitchen and living room are located. Guests will need to use the outdoor stairway to access upstairs. Parking is located onsite via the private driveway in front of the house. No parking is allowed on the street. The guests will also get access to the private pool and BBQ area outside of the home. Guests will have to provide their own firewood for the firepit.
