On a double-wide lot, This Classic Lake House brings you back to a time when life was simpler, relaxing, fun-filled, and stress-free. Beautiful... fun... fresh mountain air... laughs... good times! 20 feet of deep shoreline, incredible panoramic views of the lake that will include front row seats of the July 4th fireworks. No better way to enjoy the nation's Independence Day than on a dock, on a lake, watching Southern California's best fireworks display. Partially updated in 2020 with new decor and mountain modern furniture, this property is cozy and comfortable. Four bedrooms, including one bunk room for 4-6 kids, will have the entire family dreaming of the day fishing, skiing, exploring, and hanging out on the new deck. The expansive, tree-covered backyard includes a brand new hot tub, swing set, horseshoe pit, and deep water dock for all your water toys.
Gambler
Welcome to Gambler. Escape to Big Bear and rejoice in the serenity that exudes from this dreamy mountain getaway. Spend your days on the glistening Big Bear lake, shred some snow on Big Bear Mountain or take to one of the many hiking trails nearby. The stunning surroundings are encompassed by aromatic pine trees and lush greenery. There is also a volleyball court and balcony. •Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
•Please note there is no AC at either home.
•Classic Lake House: The gate separating the driveway and backyard is currently not in place due to recent construction in this area, which has been completed except for the reinstallation of the gate.
•No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
•Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
•Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property.
Parking Details:
•Gambler: A maximum of 4 vehicles will fit in the driveway. No street parking.
•Classic Lake House: 5 cars can park onsite.
Each home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.
You will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
