Home Truths:
•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Pool heat is a paid feature ($150/day) and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
•All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. Include event and certain parties must pay a security deposit

•Driveway parking for up to 10 vehicles, depending on vehicle size, with additional street parking available directly adjacent to the property.
