•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Pool and/or spa heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24--48 hours before check-in. It must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay.
•Pool heat is available at $150 per day (propane). Spa heat is available at $50 per day.
•NO loud noise at ALL TIMES.
•No parties and no outside music
•Please note that grounds personnel may be on site during your stay.
•Please note: Access to the horse ranch is not permitted, as it is not part of the rental property.
•Only the home and the pool area are included in the rental. The horse stables and ranch along the driveway are not part of the rental and are off-limits to guests.
