•This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
•The pool is open from dawn to dusk.
•Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
•You may experience some normal city noise from nearby Lamar Boulevard.
•Please note that through March, Elevator 1 (the back elevator) will be used for service only, while Elevator 2 (the main front elevator by the lobby) will be available for guest use. Both elevators will be fully operational and available to guests starting in April.
Parking Details:
•Self-parking is $24 for 24 hours. Hourly parking is the same as the public rates. (scanned at front desk)
•Valet parking is also available for a flat fee of $15.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
