Very walkable area with boutique shopping for women and men. I pray Gilmore is “kept” because this could very well be a normal getaway for me. Clean and won’t break the bank. A lot of hotels are charging more now but things like cleanliness and updating are on the decline. And even some “AIRBNB’s” are way too pricey. Thank you for providing such a place. Looking forward to coming back soon! This place is a GEM.”

“We loved spending Christmas at this beautiful home. It is big, and spacious, yet felt cozy and “homey” at the same time. We enjoyed having the garage doors open during the day for breeze and sunshine, then closed in the evenings for dinners and games. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for lots of cooking and entertaining, though we only had a family of 4. We walked around the neighborhood several times and went down to the river every day. We would love to stay again when the river is higher and deeper to take advantage of it even more. We asked the host if there were any holiday decorations and we were instructed to bring our own which we decided to skip aside from some candles. We were VERY pleasantly surprised to check in to a beautiful decorated tree! Thank you!”

“The minute we walked into your beautiful whitewashed beach cottage we were in love. The view alone from the long screened in porch with its row of rocking chairs and sounds and smells of the ocean only 40 steps away would have been enough, but the house with its whitewashed walls and white wicker furniture with comfy cushions and the natural wooden floors and green painted furniture was all perfect. “The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! Paso Vista Bella is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood offering so many amenities that our two nights stay didn’t give us enough time to enjoy everything. It’s also very convenient to local attractions. We went to Paso Robles mostly to visit Sensorio, which is only about 10 minutes from the house. Downtown was only about 6 minutes away. Checking in and out was very easy because of the excellent communication from AvantStay and the owner. We were a family of 5 that included adult children and an elderly parent so very much appreciated the 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and the spacious living room. Though we didn’t get to cook, we loved the fully supplied kitchen and dining area. We also loved the butler’s pantry where we frequently made use of the coffee machine and hot water kettle for beverages. We’d highly recommend Paso Vista Bella and will definitely stay there the next time we’re headed to Paso Robles.”

The house is lovely, even nicer than the photos, and everything is well-maintained and fully equipped. Although it’s not directly on the beach, it’s just a short bike ride or golf-cart ride away. The neighborhood is full of new homes and is ideally located: close enough to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach to get there in minutes, but far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, and zero crowds. We used every part of the house and really enjoyed it. It was the perfect place for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again.”

“We did our family Thanksgiving here. The house was clean, has unique architecture, and is very impressive all around. The landscaping, outdoor seating, and nature are incredible. The kitchen was stocked more than any other rental we have ever been at, to the point we could have brought almost nothing and been able to prepare Thanksgiving with ease. The third bedroom, with the lofted bed, is separate from the rest of the house. You go outside through the basement with a key to access it and need to heat it separately, it’s very private. Neighbors are distanced far from the house and not a bother. The house is an easy block walk from beach access (or you could drive down the street, there’s a parking lot). Across from the beach access is a huge walk through Christmas display that was really fun for our kid! We went to Oak Harbor downtown for coffee and breakfast and it was a fast easy drive and cute area. All around, this was a great house, host, and stay for our group! Would recommend!”
