Located in Paradise Valley, just 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, this Mediterranean-style beauty is set within a stunning, natural backdrop with Camelback Mountain to the south, Phoenix Mountain to the west, and McDowell Mountains to the east. Guests can enjoy year-round warm weather from the pool, outdoor dining area, pickleball court, and ping pong table- perfect for hosting pool parties and al fresco dinners. Inside, natural light beams from every corner, as do luxurious touches including a stone fireplace, wet bar, pool table, and marble floors. An oversized Primary Bedroom with an electric fireplace, marble soaking tub, and built-in vanity, elevate your stay from lovely to luxurious. Scottsdale, Arizona is often pegged as a luxury spa and golf destination. While that reputation is well-deserved, it also has an excellent art and food scene, plus a laid-back vibe that can be enjoyed by everyone, not just luxe lovers. Other than golf, which truly is incredible here, visitors can enjoy the outdoors by hiking in the Sonoran Desert, kayaking on the Lower Salt River, and touring the Bradshaw Mountains on ATVs.

Please note that currently there is heavy construction taking place next door, so it may be noisy at times.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
Pool and spa heat is not available between April 15th and October 1st.
You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited. The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
Please note that the bonus room does not have a door, offering no privacy, and is therefore most suitable for children.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
