•Home is equipped with an Electric Bear fence. Turn off with outside lever at garage entry or at main power slide switch in side garage. Once system is OFF at either location, entire system and all bear wires are disarmed,. Recommend re-arming if guests will be away for any length of time.
•Please be mindful that bears and other wildlife are active in this area and appropriate caution should be taken.
•Home has an electric bear mat at the entrance. Do not step on the mat. Turn it off before entering the home. Check the manual for further detail.
-You will need a 4WD to access this home during the winter months.
•The driveway is very steep and can be quite slippery during the winter months, please exercise caution when walking up.
•Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
•Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture is unavailable.

•This home has a max overnight occupancy of 10 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 15 guests.
•Please note that we do not provide firewood.

Parking Details:
On-street parking is prohibited and could result in a $1500 fine from the city.
During the winter months please be mindful of leaving anything in the driveway that could cause damage to a snow plow machine, as any damage caused could result in fines.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
