Welcome to Oak and Luna, an absolutely stunning property inside and out. Beautifully designed interior with all new furniture. Recently renovated from baseboards to furniture, Oak and Luna is a well-appointed 4 bedroom home that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The wide-open living & dining area is flooded with natural light. A small desk if you really have to work, a theater room for movie lovers, a hot tub to soak after a day of activities, table tennis, and a pool table to entertain the whole family. Situated in the highly desirable area of Moonridge, close to the ski resorts, lake, and town.

Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover's paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

Thank You For Not Smoking

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
