•This home does not offer pool heat.
•Please note there is a cash-only, HOA rental fee per vehicle to access this neighborhood: $9/day, or $20/week for (Easter - Labor Day) and $20/week (Labor Day - Easter). Rental passes must be purchased upon arrival.
•Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
•Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Do not move the basketball hoop. if the basketball hoop is moved you will be charged a moving fee.
•No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV.

4 cars can park onsite.
No street parking.
Additional parking is located at the Sea Pine Plantation Trolly Stop.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
