This lovely home is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom condominium located on the parking lot level of the B building in the Riverside complex.
Upon entering this home, guests go down a short hallway and are welcomed into a spacious Southwest style living area. There is a large sectional sofa with a pullout queen sleeper, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and stunning views from the sweeping glass doors facing Ajax Peak. The private covered deck overlooks the Beaver Pond with amazing reflection views - making it a great spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine after exploring Telluride. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has seating for six as well as three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, blender, microwave and coffeemaker.
The master bedroom is at the end of the short hall and has a king bed, flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Ajax Peak. The ensuite bathroom has granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom is at the opposite side of the hall and has a captain's bunk (twin over a queen) and a flatscreen TV. A hallway bathroom has a step-in shower and a single vanity with a granite countertop.
Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.
The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.
Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.
