Welcome to 508 Ocean, a beautiful beachfront haven on Ocean Blvd, where stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool await. This recently renovated home boasts a myriad of features, including a screened-in oceanfront dining area, a covered back porch for 8+ with multiple glider/rockers, a covered front porch with rockers, and a spacious deck off the primary suite. The outdoor pool space is complemented by an outdoor enclosed full shower with hot water, a beach walk shower, a full-sized hammock, and gas grill. The extensive renovation includes both exterior and interior upgrades, such as new floors, bathrooms, painting, kitchen appliances, and furniture.

The first floor welcomes you with a beautiful open living area adorned with hardwood floors, two separate sitting areas, a large dining table for 8-10, a separate breakfast table seating an additional 6, and 4 full counter bar stools. The spacious living area features a 75-inch TV, creating a perfect gathering space. The renovated kitchen boasts a large center island, counter seating for four, wine storage racks, and a separate bar sink. With a gas cooktop, granite countertops, and tile flooring, the kitchen opens into a covered, screened dining area with seating for an additional 8 and a flat-screen TV, offering a perfect setting for memorable dinners with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. A guest bedroom with a king bed and private full bath completes the first floor.

On the second floor, 508 Ocean offers 4 bedrooms, all adorned with private full baths and flat-screen TVs. The primary suite, boasting incredible ocean views and access to a private deck with Adirondack chairs, features a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a master bath with a jetted garden tub, double vanities, walk-in shower, and walk-in closets. The remaining three bedrooms on the second floor include an oceanfront bedroom with expansive views and a king bed, and two bedrooms with two beds each -- one with a queen bed and a twin, and the second with a double and a twin.

This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
