Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula's most sought-after attractions.
Home Truths:
•We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
•Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
•Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
•Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax.
•The built-in SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax.
•There is an above-ground spa that can be heated with no fee.
•Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
•For safety, a fence has been installed around the pool.
•The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
•Bedroom 5, the home theatre, office, and rec room are all located in the casita.
•Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
•All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
•Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
•The fire bowls are not available for guest use.
•The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
•Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
•Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
•The pool is now fenced.
Parking Details:
The roundabout driveway and the open front yard accommodate up to 12 cars.
Garage can accommodate 4 cars.
Street parking is not allowed.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
