This is Building 2 and unit 1104. There are two separate buildings for Majestic and if you are facing the beach, it will be the building on your left. You can park in the covered parking garage across the road with a covered walk over bridge with easy access to the condo. Uber or Lyft from the airport and around. Walking distance to great restaurants, entertainment and shops.

•Only 1 vehicle allowed onsite.
•There is a required HOA registration fee of $40, regardless of whether the guest brings a vehicle. Any additional vehicle is also subject to a $40 fee.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
