Step inside and the home opens up --- clean lines, airy interiors, and a chic dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a barstool-lined island made for slow mornings and easy entertaining. The living room is the natural gathering spot, anchored by a sofa and smart TV, with a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen ready for the soundtrack to long desert dinners. The primary suite is its own quiet escape, with direct outdoor access, floods of natural light, and an ensuite bath featuring a beautiful standalone soaking tub --- the kind of detail you'll appreciate after a day on the trails. Two more bedrooms and thoughtful in-home laundry round out the layout, with sleeping arrangements for up to 10.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Pack-n-play and high chair available, located in bedroom 2 closet. Property is located on a dirt road --- sedan/low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty. Recommended route: enter from Dulce Avenue, turn left on Vaduz Ave, right on Balsa Ave, then right onto Terbush. Hiking in the park is accessible right from the backyard. Desert wildlife present including scorpions, snakes, bobcats, coyotes, and various insects --- this is normal for the desert region. Winter temperatures can drop below 30°F; light snow possible in coldest months. No ceiling fans in the home. Property is all-electric (no propane for home systems; propane only for BBQ grill). Please be aware that a separate guesthouse sits on the property and may be occupied by a caretaker or tenant during your stay. They keep to themselves, but it's helpful to know you're not entirely alone on the lot. Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

6--8 cars can park on the gravel driveway. No garage access available for guests. No street parking allowed in this region. No alternate parking options.
